Our most popular series, Comprehensive CNC has a class for everyone.Classes are two hours long, meet twice a week and last for six weeks.
We are offering all four classes in the Comprehensive CNC program. Go here to learn more about the curriculum.
CNC Fundamentals, a prerequisite for all other classes at RTSI is $625. If you continue on to take any of the other classes, the price remains $625 per class. If you take any other class without taking CNC Fundamentals first, the cost is
$875. Class size is limited, so please register early.

Class One: CNC Fundamentals
This math intensive course is an in-depth discussion of the principles of CNC. This class is essential for those who have worked in the industry for less than 5 years. All others can benefit from this course which is the foundation for all other classes taught at
Class Two: CNC Technologies
The second class in the series takes a closer look at the technology involved in CNC machining. We review a number of mathematical concepts. A main focus of this course is the choice of tooling when using Lathes and Mills. We also begin to discuss the fundamentals of CNC programming.
Class Three: CNC Lathe- Use, Application and Programming
The third class in the series takes an in-depth look at CNC lathes from planning to programming. We will also look at the special considerations involved in working with CNC lathes.
Class Four: CNC Mill- Use, Application and Programming
The fourth class in the series takes an in-depth look at CNC mills from planning to programming. We will also look at the special considerations involved in working with CNC mills.

Special Seminar: Citizen CNC Swiss Turning
RTSI, official NE Ohio training site for Citizen Machines, presents CNC Swiss Turning. Our instructors will show you how to harness the power of your CNC Swiss type machine. We will discuss special machining considerations and programming techniques.
