The seminar attendees will be instructed on lesson planning, content, attentive teaching styles and how to achieve the most from the students. Attendees will also teach one chapter to a class during the seminar.
Who Would Make A Good Trainer?
Every year as our facility grows RTSI hires new instructors for our Training Center in Solon, Ohio. In our interview process there are a number of characteristics we look for in a trainer. Evaluating our criteria may help you to choose an individual to lead your internal training program.
Patient- This characteristic is probably the most important for a potential trainer. Quality instruction hinges upon an individual who is prepared to explain, define, and confidently illustrate the subject material.
Knowledgeable- A trainer should be familiar with the technology specific to a CNC environment. He or she should be able to take their experience in the industry to highlight the instruction materials for lecture.
Charismatic- Training, at times, is like performing for an audience. A potential trainer should be enthusiastic and energetic. The person should feel comfortable speaking in front of groups and fielding questions.
